Comercial Pecuaria Segoviana, a company belonging to Grupo Alimentario Copese, has renewed its Welfare Quality (WQ) certification for all of its farms, both owned and integrated.

We are endorsed by more than 100 schemes, several of which have been included in the distinguished "Eureka" category by the European Union for the achievement of milestones as important as ideal food, ideal weight for slaughter, prolificacy, pre- and post-mortem process - fundamental for the constant improvement of meat quality.

WE HAVE OUR OWN FARMS
We have twenty facilities and more than 45 on an integration basis, in which the complete life cycle of the animal, from reproduction and birth to its destination for the production process, takes place. These farms are regulated by our exclusive Integrated Breeding Traceability Control System.

MEAT CENTRE
Hola Food, located in Villacastín, (17,700 square metres) is where the slaughter room and cutting rooms of Grupo Alimentario Copese are located. A facility at the forefront of the latest technologies that, at full capacity, can process 4,000 pigs a day.

PIG SELECTION
Our comprehensive control and quality parameters that start with breeding on our own farms, allow us to select and allocate only the right animals to obtain the best meat.

WAREHOUSES AND DRYING ROOMS
The "Las Salinas" meat centre in Coca, integrate the drying rooms and warehouses for sausages, hams and shoulders, with capacity for 240,000 pieces.

FEED FACTORY
Led by our concern for animal nutrition we are actively involved in the manufacture and marketing of feed and correctors of the highest quality for all types of livestock. This is the feed we use to raise our pig stocks.

ERESMA
The crown jewel of the process. A trademark in the meat industry, a symbol of quality and a benchmark for an increasingly demanding consumer. Eresma gives its name to our fresh and processed produce from our pigs with unique characteristics and stand-out quality. The production, at full yield, is 4,000 pigs per day.
