Grupo Alimentario Copese started out its activity in the sector more than four decades ago. More than 40 years of hard working in which we have diversified from a firm that began with a small feed factory to a company that controls almost 100% of the production process. Everything that the Group has achived over the years contributes to what we call "I.P.P."-Integrated Production Process-, without which it would be impossible to ensure the quality and traceability that we value in each of our business lines: Feed, Farms, and the Marketing of livestock and meat under the Eresma brand.

The company, under the umbrella of Grupo Alimentario Copese, joins the select group of Spanish slaughterhouses and cutting plants licensed to sell their products in one of the main important Asian markets. It has taken more than two years of work and the fulfillment of high demanding quality standards to obtain the desired homologation.

We have twenty facilities and more than 45 on an integration basis, in which the complete life cycle of the animal, from reproduction and birth to its destination for the production process, takes place. These farms are regulated by our exclusive Integrated Breeding Traceability Control System.
Hola Food, located in Villacastín, (17,700 square metres) is where the slaughter room and cutting rooms of Grupo Alimentario Copese are located. A facility at the forefront of the latest technologies that, at full capacity, can process 4,000 pigs a day.
Our comprehensive control and quality parameters that start with breeding on our own farms, allow us to select and allocate only the right animals to obtain the best meat.
The "Las Salinas" meat centre in Coca, integrate the drying rooms and warehouses for sausages, hams and shoulders, with capacity for 240,000 pieces.
Led by our concern for animal nutrition we are actively involved in the manufacture and marketing of feed and correctors of the highest quality for all types of livestock. This is the feed we use to raise our pig stocks.

Eresma gives its name to our fresh and processed produce from our pigs with unique characteristics and stand-out quality. The production, at full yield, is 4,000 pigs per day.
